The Hythe

The Hythe in Egham is a Hanover Housing development (now known as Anchor Hanover Group) of 30 high-spec apartments exclusively for the over 55’s built to HAPPI guidelines with a mixed tenure.

The building has three floors and as it is on a flood plain, it was necessary to raise the ground floor by two meters.  There is a 13-person lift that serves all levels, including the car park. Also in the Hythe development are two retirement bungalows on the adjacent site.

There are pleasant landscaped gardens at the back and all apartments have a private balcony.
