Former Qinetiq Site, Fort Road, Gosport – Public Consultation

WWA and Reilly Developments Ltd. are working together with a team of specialist consultants to prepare a proposal for a new care home and housing development on the former Qinetiq site off Fort Road, Gosport. The scheme will rejuvenate the derelict site, providing 15 new family homes alongside an 80‑bed care home. As part of the proposals, a new right-of-way will be created to ensure safe pedestrian and cycle access across the site. The Scheduled Ancient Monument will be carefully preserved and enhanced as part of the development.

Residents are invited to attend a public consultation event to view the emerging designs and share feedback. This is an opportunity to see the proposals, understand the key considerations shaping the scheme, and have your say before a planning application is submitted to Gosport Borough Council.
