Progress Mews opened by Sir Ed Davey MP

Progress Mews, Surbiton had its official opening on Wednesday 12 June 2019 with Sir Ed Davey cutting the ribbon.

The development brings a dilapidated set of garages back to life, providing three affordable houses in the Christchurch Conservation Area, Kingston.

The team of WWA, Galvin Projects, Tim Pearce QS and Kingston Churches Housing Association worked collaboratively to deliver high-quality homes to help meet Kingston’s housing need.  Visitors were visibly impressed by the sympathetic, but contemporary design which is tucked away behind the existing property.

Sir Ed Davey stated that the homes are ‘setting new standards for affordable social housing’.  Sustainable features such as high insulation levels and green roofs create an energy efficient development with new residents moving in shortly.
