It’s Not All About Work

Recognising the critical role that social connections play in fostering a positive and productive workplace, especially as we operate across two offices, WWA places great emphasis on creating opportunities for staff to bond and unwind outside of work tasks. To this end, we organise a variety of social activities throughout the year, providing employees with the chance to have fun, engage with colleagues in a more relaxed setting, and build stronger relationships. One of the highlights of these events is our annual barbecue, which has become a much-anticipated tradition. This year’s barbecue certainly lived up to expectations. With the advantage of a stunning riverside garden at our Oxford office, paired with perfect weather, the event provided an ideal atmosphere for everyone to gather and enjoy an evening full of delicious food, lively conversation, and playful garden games. The event not only allowed staff to reconnect but also helped to foster a sense of camaraderie and team spirit that extends beyond our day-to-day work.
